Unexpected amenities like ironing board,iron, hair dryer,etc.

Sounds from nearby rooms were more audible than preferred.

Overall, a pleasant, short stay in a comfortable, safe location. The office staff was especially accommodating and friendly.

The shower curtain smelled, but appeared to be clean.

The manager is so accommodating. I am allergic to fragrances, and he always finds a room without fragrance for me.

The coat rack fell off the wall. The toilet made a loud noise when flushed. There was a large spider web and spider over the bed.

We always stay at this hotel, because, as I said, the manager accommodates me with my allergy problems and it is always clean. The manager is just the nicest person. It was unusual to have problems in the room. That is the first time that has happened, and I believe it was a room that was not used often. I will stay there again. ...read more
